"Poezja" Restaurant it’s a place, where passion and dreams combine experience with the best traditions of Italy, French and Polish cuisine.

 

Owner of "Poezja" about himself:

 

The first culinary skills I reached in my family home, earned Polish cookery. I developed my culinary ability abroad during few years, working with the best cooks in Italian, German and French restaurants. From the beginning I worked with the best masters of cookery, writing down recipes and interesting culinary facts as well as I developed my passion for creating new tastes based on possessed experience.

 

After homecoming I worked as chef in "Biblioteka" and "Rubikon" restaurant, receiving wide recognition for my systematically developed abilities.

 

Finally to come time for "Poezja" restaurant. We wish in order to inside of our restaurants was friendly and create warm and cozy climate, therefore we keep it in subdued palisander, mahogany and oak colors. Executing our most ulterior dreams, we create restaurant, which during one year thanks to kindness our guests has been recognized as the best restaurant in 2006 and give us many very good reviews and assessments in newspapers.

 

We would like together with my wife and our staff build friendly climate, which let you draw away from everyday live and immerse in the best and unique world tastes of Italian, German and French cookery.
